Dates and Prices
Dates and prices are correctly shown on our website. Metropolitan reserve the right to alter prices at any time. We welcome requests for training courses at weekends and evenings, or weeks other than those stated on our website. Additionally, Metropolitan staff are always willing, where appropriate, to deliver programmes in alternative company premises.

Payment for Courses
All private client bookings require course fees to be paid prior to commencement of the specified course. All company bookings require payment within 28 days upon receipt of invoice.

Cancellation Policy
Metropolitan reserve the right to cancel a course where bookings fall below the minimum number of delegates required per programme. Should this happen, a full refund will be made.

Metropolitan will not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel your course with us more than 10 working days prior to the start date.

If notification of cancellation is given within 5-10 working days prior to the start of the programme Metropolitan will refund 50% of the fee.

If notification of cancellation is given less than 5 working days before the start of the programme, no refund will be given by Metropolitan, although we would accept a colleague taking up such a place at no additional cost.
